pCS1-type plasmids found in C. sordellii strains. PCR was used to confirm the circular nature of these plasmids. Only the regions encompassing the PaLoc and the surrounding region are shown. ORFs are coloured according to function. The fragments of tcsH present in pCS1-1/pCS1-2 do not encode any functional toxin component. Plasmids present in strains JGS444 and JGS445 were not assembled but are likely to be highly similar to pCS1-1 (data not shown)
