Phase response of flies with dsRNAi knockdown of chromatin remodelling genes. Phase response (delay) to ZT 15 light pulse, measured as the phase difference between pulsed and unpulsed flies. dsRNAi in clock neurons was driven in clock cells using a timGal4 driver (flies hemizygous for the two transgenes; black bars). In the control experiment, flies carried only the single UAS (grey) or the timGal4 (white) transgene. Note that the same set of Gal4 data is shown with each genotype for clarity. The plotted error bars signify the standard error mean for each genotype, and 32 flies were used per genotype. The asterisk indicates a significant difference between the treatment and the control (UAS and Gal4). The double asterisks (**) indicates when p < .0001, and the single asterisk (*) indicates when p < .05 from ANOVA with post hoc analysis using the Tukey test
