From: CspC regulates the expression of the glyoxylate cycle genes at stationary phase in Caulobacter
Expression analyses of selected genes in C. crescentus cspC or complemented strains. qRT-PCR experiments were performed with total RNA extracted from stationary phase cultures. Results were normalized using gene CC0088 as the endogenous control, which was constitutively expressed in the samples analyzed. The expression values for NA1000 were used as reference for each gene. Data are mean values of two independent experiments; bars represent the standard error.
