Mauve (multiple alignment of conserved genomic sequence with rearrangements) representation of Alphabaculoviruses from group Ib. Alignment was performed on collinear sequences where DapuNPV was a reference sequence and polh gene was considered as a first ORF. Colored sections (bordered with a curve that indicates the level of nucleotide similarity) represent homologous fragments of compared genomes. Section that is located beneath the X-axis shows inversion of this genome fragment in comparison to the reference. Genomes presented DapuNPV, OpMNPV, HycuNPV, ChroNPV, AnpeNPV, AgNPV and EppoNPV
