T2SS in PAHM4 and PA7. PAHM4 and PA7 encode a novel T2SS cluster that appears to have inserted between a two- component response regulator (PA3175) and a hypothetical protein (PA3714). The gene pairing of PA3714 and PA3715 homologs is maintained in other P. aeruginosa strains and sequences homologous to this T2SS are only found in Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus
