Using only SNP that could be definitively phased and that occurred in genes with 2 or more SNP, these plots for mammary gland, thyroid, brain caudal lobe and brain cerebellum show the paternal allele frequency for neighbouring SNP within a gene. Red points are those where both SNP were significantly ASE, blue points are those where only SNP1 was significantly ASE, green points are those where only SNP2 was significantly ASE, grey points are where neither SNP was significantly ASE
