Fig. 2

Orthologs between T. urartu (A), Ae. tauschii (D), B. distachyon (Bd) and H. vulgare (H). “1A”-“7A”, “1D”-“7D”, “1 Bd”-“5 Bd” and “1H”-“7H” represented chromosomes of T. urartu, Ae. tauschii, B. distachyon and H. vulgare, respectively. The chromosomes for the same species were drawn to scale based on actual proportion, but chromosomes of different species were figured by different scales. The direction for each chromosome from starting point to terminal point was indicated by the red arrow. ‘uA’, ‘uD’ and ‘uHv’ mean genome regions not located to specific chromosomes, and genes in these regions were averagely distributed, thus the positions in the figure do not stand for the real locations in the genome. The light-grey dashed rectangles in each corner just mean linkers between species. Ortholog pairs for the same pairs of species were linked by straight lines of the same color as indicated by the colored block at the bottom. For example, each pair of orthologs between T. urantu and barley were linked with a green straight line
