The amino acid residue change at position 88 in strains IOL207, 1979, SH511 and DC9 is highlighted in the pink box, whilst the black arrow below the AR39 sequence indicates the guaB stop codon which is present in all other human C. pneumoniae strains. The IOL207 homolog is N-terminal truncated by 23 amino acids
