Responses of GA metabolism pathway genes to yeast extract and Ag+ treatment. S. miltiorrhiza hairy roots were treated for 0, 12, 24 and 36 h, respectively. RNA-seq reads were mapped to the cloned ORFs of GA metabolism pathway genes. Genes with RPKM value greater than 1 were analyzed for differential expression using Fisher’s exact test. P < 0.05 was considered as differentially expressed. *indicates significant differential expression compared with the level in hairy roots without treatment
