From: Genome-wide analysis, molecular cloning and expression profiling reveal tissue-specifically expressed, feedback-regulated, stress-responsive and alternatively spliced novel genes involved in gibberellin metabolism in Salvia miltiorrhiza

Fig. 8

Expression patterns of SmGA2ox genes in S. miltiorrhiza plants. a–k: Fold changes of SmGA2ox1 (a), SmGA2ox2 (b), SmGA2ox3 (c), SmGA2ox4 (d), SmGA2ox5 (e), SmGA2ox6 (f), SmGA2ox7 (g), SmGA2ox8 (h), SmGA2ox9 (i), SmGA2ox10 (j) and SmGA2ox11 (k) genes in roots (Rt), stems (St), leaves (Le) and flowers (Fl) of S. miltiorrhiza plants. The expression levels were analyzed using the quantitative RT-PCR method. Expression level in leaves was arbitrarily set to 1 and the levels in other tissues were given relative to this. Error bars represent standard deviations of mean value from three biological and four technical replicates. ANOVA (analysis of variance) was calculated using SPSS. P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant
