Enriched GO biological processes with a Benjamini-Hochberg corrected p-value of <0.01, genes per term/pathway ≥5, Goterm levels 3–8, in the genes differentially expressed (FDR corrected p-value <0.05,│FC│ ≥2) in, (a) all the embryos, (b) male embryos only and, (c) female embryos only.
