An informative connection was established when a query signature shared the same or similar class of chemicals with at least one of the top five ROGL hits, as ranked by an adjusted connectivity score with a p-value ≤ 1/(S sets of ROGLs). All cross-platform/species Cmap were based on target probe IDs + source gene log-fold changes on shared chemical conditions. Only unique query signatures were considered in calculations
