LATS1, MOB1A, OS-2 immunolabeling of normal and mutant retinas. A LATS1 labels the INL and GCL/NFL in normal retina. In mutants, there is additional faint labeling of the photoreceptor and RPE layers. B Low levels of MOB1A labeling are present in the normal retina, and increase in mutants in the same layers which express LATS1.
