Expression profile analysis of four nuclear protein genes in rye. Total RNA was isolated from rye seedlings that were exposed to low temperatures for various times. Total RNA (2 μg) was reverse-transcribed into first-strand cDNA for qRT-PCR. The actin gene was amplified as a control.
