Phylogenetic analysis of the near full-length HCV genomes from 37 clinical samples. The phylogenetic tree was generated using the Neighbour-Joining method implemented in Geneious package version 8 [22]. Reference genomes are italicised with their subtype listed first, followed by their GenBank accession number. Sequences that belonged to clinical samples with known mixed infections are underlined (GT1a/3a in HITP300345, and GT1a/2b in HITP300315). Branches are colored according to HCV genotype. The branch lengths are proportional to the evolutionary distance between sequences and the distance scale, in nucleotide substitutions per position, is shown
