Cold and salt stress response of Arabidopsis transgenic plants overexpressing JcMYB2. Three-week-old plants, including wild type and transgenic plants, were exposed to −8 °C for 20 h, after which the temperature was returned to 23 °C for 7 days. The growth of Wild type and transgenic lines plants were grown on MS media for 10 days and then transferred onto the MS with 200 mM NaCl for salt stress.
