Analysis by qPCR of the expression of two genes encoding proteins involved in cell wall modification: xyloglucan endotransglucosylase-hydrolase/XTH (a) and pectin acetylesterase (b). The data represent the average fold change of 3 independent biological replicates ± SEM. Normalization was done using the pp2ase gene as housekeeping gene.
