For each condition, we calculated the mean values of logFC (−Fe/+Fe) for the two time-points in the light (day), the two time-points in the dark (night), and the four time-points of the experiments (mean). Values are symbolized by the signs + (logFC > 0.2 < 1), ++ (logFC > 1), − (logFC < −0.2 > −1) and – (logFC < −1).
