In red are the three Parastrongyloides/Strongyloides sequences previously annotated as DAF-7. The species codes are as in Fig. 2, including: ANNCA – Ancylostoma caninum; HELPO – Heligmosomoides polygrus; NIPBR – Nippostrongylus brasilensis; PARTR – Parastrongyloides trichosuri; STRST – Strongyloides stercoralis; TELCI – Teladordsagia circumcinta.
