The qRT-PCR validation of the microarray data. The picture depicts the correlation between microarray (X-axis) and qRT-PCR (Y-axis) expression data (Log2 fold-change) for five selected genes at three different time points (6, 24, 24 hpv) both in vaccinated and unvaccinated pigs. Correlation between microarray and qRT-PCR data was analyzed by Spearman’s Rho test. The correlation coefficient was = 0.949, with a statistical significance of p < 0.01
