A comparison of the SNPs found in the single isolates of the patients P99F4 and P92F3 as well as their respective metagenomes, S2 and S3. For the single isolates a dark green colour indicates the presence of SNPs and white the absence. For the metagenomes the percentage of reads covering the position of a SNP is indicated by dark green (>90 %), light green (51-90 %), or white (11-50 %) all considered to confirm the presence of the SNP in question. If the SNP is only found in <=10 % of the reads it is indicated by grey and not considered to be present in the metagenome(s)
