Conserved domains of insect SFPs were identifed using the Batch Web CD-Search Tool (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/bwrpsb/bwrpsb.cgi). A local blastp analyse (evalue = 1e-5) were performed between BPH SFPs with other insect SFPs. “T” stands for the sequences possess the same conserved domain or show blastp (1e-5) results with SFPs with other insect SFPs.
