ENC denotes the effective number of codons, and GC3s denotes GC content in the third synonymous codon position. Point on or near the curve means indicate bias caused by mutation pressure. Points beneath the curve indicate bias influenced by natural selection or other factors. NPV genes of Group 1 and Group 2 are shown in purple round and orange rhombus, respectively
