Links from the top 10 % DE (up- and down-regulated) genes to the union of conditions are depicted, and for each condition a heatmap of expression of each gene (in log2[fold-change] scale) is shown. Below the union of the conditions an histogram of the frequency of DE genes is shown (i.e. if a gene appears DE in all conditions a value of five is shown in the histogram).
