The expression of S6K1 and VEGF proteins in control and CCI-779-treated groups. S6K1 and VEGF proteins were detected by western blot analysis, which the two genes expressed differently in RNA-seq. These two proteins showed a differential expression between control and CCI-779-treated groups and a consistence with the results of the transcriptional levels.
