The predicted cryptic splice site is located in the middle of the second exon. b Protein isoforms encoded by the bZIP17.1 and bZIP17.N2 SVs with the location of a basic-leucine zipper domain. The interruption of the second exon with a short unconventional intron in bZIP17.N2 results in the truncation of this domain.
