The numerical value at the right of each canonical pathway bar indicates the total number of genes present in the IPA Knowledge base for that pathway. The orange line represents the significance of the directional change (–log(p-value) calculated by adjusting the right-tailed Fisher’s Exact t-test p-values using the Benjamini-Hochberg method
