The proportion of animals out of the total number of animals was randomized each time, and was done at 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 91–100 %. This analysis was performed using the TAG 18:1c11 fatty acid trait. Filters used: FDR (<0.05), 5 animals per genotype combination; points represent number of interactions detected at a given proportion of animals used
