Differential recovery analysis of CBCVd-responsive 8 selected conserved miRNAs: The relative miRNA abundance in CBCVd-infected and healthy plants was evaluated using the comparative Cq method after normalisation to U6 snRNA as the reference. The bar graph shows log2 fold changes of expression level of miRNAs in CBCVd-infected samples relative to healthy samples in root, leaf and cone. miRNAs with significant change of (P < 0.05 and log2 Ratio > 1) were considered to be differentially recovered. Values are given as mean ± SD of three experiments in each group
