Hierarchical clustering of transcripts at 48 hpi enriched in GO biological process categories of a proteolysis, b oxidative reduction, and c hatching revealed an enhanced response specific to L. salmonis feeding on Atlantic Salmon (AT). Expression levels are mean log2 normalized intensities of each transcript, with red and green representing low and high expression, respectively. These genes were significantly differentially expressed in response to feeding on Atlantic Salmon compared to starved (p < 0.01; FC ≥ 1.5)
