We identified a total of 11 unique metabolites, which were associated with a total of 263 unique metabolic target genes and 5 miRNAs. The network is displayed graphically as nodes (genes, TFs and miRNAs) and edges (biological relationships). The node color intensity indicates the expression level of the association: red = over-expression at T1 and green = under-expression at T1. The node shape indicates whether the node is a TF (triangles), a miRNA (hexagon), a metabolite (round rectangle), membrane receptor (rectangle), transporter (parallelogram), or other type of genes (ellipses)
