ML bootstrap values are shown for all leaves, Bayesian posterior probabilities are shown for the major branches after the bootstrap value, separated by a hash. One branch does not show the posterior probability because its value was below 0.50. Labels are Uniprot IDs, labels in bold correspond to algal sequences. The names and sequences within the four clades that were aligned to reconstruct the tree are shown with brackets. The scale bar represents 0.1 amino acid substitution per site.
