Coexpression cluster profiles of Achimenes cettoana transcripts using Poisson mixture models. Thirty-four coexpression clusters were determined for A. cettoana with Poisson mixture models using slope heuristics as implemented in [44]. Clusters 1 to 18 are presented here to provide an example of the dynamic patterns of gene coexpression seen during flower development in A. cettoana.
