Previous Chr abbreviations (Chr 1, Chr 2, Chr 3, Chr 4, Chr 5, Chr 6, Chr 7, Chr 8, and Chr 9), illustrate the chromosomes of the reference genome used. Chr Un (Chr unassigned) is a segment of reference genome for all the sequences that were not placed on pseudo-chromosomes. Chr N represents all sequences that were not aligned in the C. sinensis genome
