The RNA-binding motifs (RNP-1 and RNP-2) are boxed. The EcCspA and EcCspD sequences were derived from E. coli JM83 (Yamanaka et al. [12]), while the VpaCspA (VpaChn25A_0413) and VpaCspD (VpaChn25_1036) sequences were obtained from V. parahaemolyticus CHN25 in this study
