The results are similar for both data sets from the University of Warwick [14] (left figure) and from UC Davis [13] (right figure). In both data the highest bar corresponds to pairs of alternative probesets that oscillate as expected with no phase difference. However, in both cases the second largest number of probe pairs oscillates with a significant phase difference
