Normfinder stability values of the 10 reference genes in a ovary and b testis of Puntius sophore. In ovary, eef1 was the most stable gene whereas in testis b2mg and tbp were the most suitable reference genes as determined by the Normfinder algorithm. Normfinder stability values were calculated by combining the inter and intra group variations determined using the excel-Normfinder add-in. The genes were then ranked in the increasing order of stability values
