  1. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) was used for functional annotation and mapping of 647 DE genes from the time-course microarray analysis of abdominal fat in HG and LG cockerels (1-11 wk) that were “Analysis Ready” (AR-DE). This unique (non-redundant) gene set was compiled from AR-DE genes found in the main effect of genotype or the genotype x age interaction
