Experimental design for the transcriptome response of copepodid lice to emamectin benzoate (EMB) or microsporidia (MS). Each condition has seven biological replicates and each replicate is a pool of copepodid lice. The factorial design allows for analysis of genes responding to MS, EMB or having an interaction effect of the two factors
