Relationship of CEACAM and PSG N domain sequences of M. lucifugus. Phylogenetic analysis of the IgV-like N domain amino acid sequences with open reading frames from the CEACAM1-like family members of M. lucifugus. CEACAMs without a transmembrane domain were named PSGs, according to the nomenclature of the human CEA family. Two separated groups of PSGs (PSG I and PSG II) with a similar number of members evolved in M. lucifugus. The relationship of the amino acid sequences is depicted as a rooted dendrogram using the MEGA5 software. The statistical support for each node is expressed as bootstrap values. The bar to the right of the phylogenetic tree shows the scale for the number of substitutions per site. CC1L1, CEACAM1-like_1; CC3L1, CEACAM3-like_1
