  1. In the previous transcriptomics study, after correction, the unigenes with a false discovery rate (FDR) < 0.01 and reads per kb per million reads (RPKM) between samples of <2 (fold-change ≥2) were considered as differentially expressed genes [61]. A log2 fold-change indicates the fold change of the differentially expressed genes in the transcriptome [61]. T indicates the transcriptome of sugarcane challenged with S. scitamineum.
