The agarose gel image in e reports the results of RT-PCR analysis of splicing products for intronic motif rpl7 from A. nidulans. RT-PCR products derived from unspliced pre-mRNA (Pre, 437 base-pairs) and spliced mRNA (Sp, 253 base-pairs) are identified.
