The circles were arranged according to the three approaches: inner, middle and outer circles for Approaches 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The red, blue and grey lines on each of the three circles represent individual candidate genes in ABC, NLR and other nine (START, Kinase, Transcription factor, Transporter, Cupin, Peroxidase, Protease P450 and Tetratricopeptide repeat) gene families, respectively. The centromeric region is marked by black bumps on each chromosome
