The third track from the outside is a heat map showing log10 first base-pair coverage (100 bp window) of RNA-Seq reads where a transition from yellow to green to blue correlates with increased transcription. The histogram with a grey background shows log10 coverage of 5′ monophosphate sites on both the forward and reverse strands.
