The BLAST-P analyses was done against the reference monocot genome Oryza sativa, phylogenetically close Brachypodium distachyon, temperate bamboo Phyllostachys heterocycla and NCBI non-redundant database using B. tulda amino acid sequences as quarries. Only the top BLAST hit sequences are reported along with the respective identities (%), E values and coverage of the query sequences against the obtained hit sequences (%)
