Effects of exogenous melatonin and 24-epibrassinolide on ROS content and cell membrane stability of tall fescue under heat stress condition. a: H2O2 content; b: Superoxide anion radical content; c. MDA content. Eight days old seedlings on control MS plates were transferred to MS medium containing 20 μM melatonin (MT)or 0. 1 μM 24-epibrassinolide (EBL) for 2 days. Then heat stress was applied for indicated time, and plant shoots were collected immediately. Data were means ±SE of three biological replications. Bars with different letters indicate significant difference at P≤0.05 (Duncan test)
