Lines represent the average over 20 replicate datasets, and filled regions indicate the standard error. Line color indicates the percentage of missing data: datasets with 0%, 30%, and 60% random missing data are shown in blue, orange, and green, respectively. Solid lines indicate that species tree estimation methods were given true gene trees, and dashed lines indicate that species tree estimation methods were given estimated gene trees.
