Shared gene associations among neighboring eCpGs. Proportion of proximal eCpGs (neighbors) in GTP and MESA with the same associated gene or same associated gene and direction of association as the query CpG. Neighbors were located within the specified window size on either side of the query CpG. Associated gene overlap among proximal eCpGs appears to be a function of distance.
