Localisation of candidate effector genes in the pharyngeal gland cells by in situ hybridisation. Each of these genes is associated with the STATAWAARS motif. Sequence similarity analysis with BlastP showed that BUX.s01144.234 is similar to a thaumatin-like protein, BUX.s01109.106 and BUX.s01147.71 are similar to transthyretin-like proteins and BUX.s01145.19 is similar to a lipase found in C. briggsae (CBR-LIPL-1).
