Comparative analysis of the snRNA expression across the bovine estrous cycle. Principal Component analysis (PCA) on snRNA oviduct EVs content at 4 different stages of the estrous cycle (Stage 1: S1 in yellow; Stage 2: S2 in red, Stage 3: S3 in green and Stage 4: S4 in blue) for all snRNA identified. Five different replicates for each stage were analysed (represented by R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5) in the plot. PCA showed a partial separation between stage 1 and 2 (S1, S2) and stages 3 and 4 (S3, S4)
